How To Brush Your Teeth
Equipment you will need:
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Tap
- Cup
What you will need to do:
(1)-Get your toothbrush and rinse your toothbrush under water for about 5-7 seconds.

(2)-Grab you toothpaste and squeeze a small amount of toothpaste onto the top of you toothbrush and rinse under water 4-6 seconds.
(3)-Put your toothbrush into your mouth and scrub your teeth up and down left and right you about 2-3 minutes.
(4)-Then spit out what is your mouth, turn on your tap your tap and
get your cup and fill it up with water then tip the water in your mouth and
take 15-30 second to rinse your mouth.
